Join our ride on April 16-18.  This ride is on!  Check FB and this website for updates April 16, for changes. If you don't see any, then we will see you at the ride.  

Register at tetratrails.org  PayPal or by check.  Cash is discouraged.  

Check in: Friday at 4:00PM. Saturday check in begins at 7:00am  All attendees will be emailed a liability release and a Covid-19 screening document.  Sign, complete, print and bring it with you.  A temperature screener will be present at check in.  

Copy of current Coggins  required.  Ride participants do not need to stop by the Park Ranger Station.  TETRA staff will issue vehicle hangtags at check in at Chapa Camp. 

Early arrivals are not permitted by the park at Chapa campground. Departure time is noon Sunday as required by the park, no exceptions

Ride Fee: TETRA Members $20.  Non-Members $35. Children under 18 years old are no charge accompanied by a registered, riding adult. Day Riders $15.

Hot dish will be served Friday night till gone.  

Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast will be served at 7:30-8:45am. Lunch is on your own. Potluck Supper Saturday, set up and serving 5:00-6:30 pm, TETRA will provide the meat, paper goods and utensils.. Bring a chair.   

Saturday ride out at 9:00am, return to camp and 2:00 pm.  Sunday morning ride at 9:00am.  

Please bring silent auction items for Saturday evening. All proceeds go directly to SNAP park improvements.

Electric hookups:  $25 for the weekend. Horse pens are $10. Reservations for pens and electric , 2021 text Geri Bischoff at 512-658-0937, confirmed by text.  There are 10 30-amp electric sites and 9 covered pens.  

TETRA rules /trail etiquette must be observed on all TETRA sponsored trail rides.

Horses prone to kick must have a red ribbon attached to their tails.

Dogs must stay on a leash at all times no dogs on the trails.

Practice noise discipline in camp, i.e. no loud music

Be ready to ride at the set "ride out" time.

DIRECTIONS: From Bandera, take Hwy 173 S to FM 1077 which turns into Bandera Creek Rd when the Highway Maintenance ends, go straight, toward Chapa's Group Camp.  Do not go to Park Headquarters. 

To comply with Covid-19 recommendations, we ask all attendees respect social distancing guidelines of 6 feet, frequently wash hands, and wear a mask when indoors or when distancing outdoors of 6 feet is not possible. Exception to masking at meals, 6 foot social distancing should be maintained. 

If you have been recently exposed to someone with Covid-19, running a fever, have a cough, shortness of breath, experiencing loss of smell, or gastrointestinal illness, please stay home.
